1. Acceptance of Terms

By listening to, streaming, subscribing to, or viewing content on the Mega Vibe (@MegaVibe247) channel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service as well as the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All original audiovisual materials, music curation, custom synth soundscapes, audio visualizer designs, and branding graphics featured on Mega Vibe are the intellectual property of Loan Huynh.

Viewers and listeners are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to stream and listen to the content for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Any unauthorized re-uploading, commercial distribution, selling, or broadcasting without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Platform Services & Third-Party Platforms

Music streams and video reels are delivered via third-party platforms including YouTube (Google LLC) and Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.). We are not responsible for downtime, stream quality disruptions, or outages stemming from these hosting platforms.

4. User Conduct in Channel Comments

We encourage a chill, respectful, and vibrant community. Comments containing hate speech, harassment, spam, unsolicited promotional links, or illegal content will be removed, and repeat offenders may be banned from channel participation.
