Mega Vibe ReelPost is a private tool used only by the owner (Loan Huynh) to publish to the owner's own channels. Not offered to the public, not a commercial SaaS, and contains no public registration, paid tiers, or third-party user access.
⚡ Mandatory YouTube API Services & Meta Platform Disclosure
Mega Vibe ReelPost utilizes YouTube API Services to schedule and upload in-house produced vertical video Shorts to owner-managed YouTube channels. ReelPost also integrates the Meta Graph API to publish scheduled Reels to owner-managed Facebook Pages.
By utilizing this tool, the operator acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and the Meta Platform Terms.
1. Scope of Tool & Non-Commercial Nature
Mega Vibe ReelPost is strictly a personal, single-operator desktop automation utility developed by Loan Huynh. It is designed exclusively for creator workflows to upload video files to her own official channels across specific topics (Tech & Gadget Reviews, Beauty Tutorials, and Mega Vibe Music).
The tool does not provide multi-tenant user accounts, does not offer subscription plans or public registration, and does not serve as a commercial service.
2. What Data We Collect
Because this application operates solely for owner publishing, it strictly limits data processing to what is technically necessary to execute video uploads:
- Google OAuth 2.0 Credentials: OAuth Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens granted when the owner authorizes the tool to access her YouTube account.
- YouTube Channel Metadata: Channel ID, playlist identifiers, and video publishing parameters (video title, description, tags, category, and privacy status) needed to publish scheduled Shorts.
- Meta Page Access Tokens: Facebook Page Access Tokens used to authenticate video Reel uploads to owner-managed Fanpages.
- Zero Third-Party Consumer Data: We do NOT collect, harvest, log, or track any personally identifiable information (PII), viewer browsing habits, viewer comments, or financial information.
3. Data Storage, Retention & Zero Sharing Policy
Storage Location: All OAuth tokens and configuration secrets are stored locally on the owner's private secure VPS/server in encrypted configuration files with restricted file system permissions.
Retention Duration: OAuth tokens are retained only for as long as necessary to maintain active publishing sessions for the owner's channels. When tokens expire or are revoked, they are immediately overwritten.
Zero Third-Party Sharing: We strictly DO NOT share, sell, rent, lease, or transfer any API data, tokens, or channel metrics to third parties, advertising platforms, or external data brokers under any circumstances.
4. How to Revoke Access & Delete Data
The owner or authorized user can revoke ReelPost's access to Google and Meta accounts at any time:
Visit the official Google Security dashboard at myaccount.google.com/permissions, locate Mega Vibe ReelPost, and click Remove Access. Google immediately invalidates all tokens.
Go to facebook.com/settings?tab=applications, find the app, and click Remove.
